Too Good for Drugs

This program, which is taught to sixth graders at area schools, teaches self esteem and the adverse effects of drugs and alcohol.  The class benefits from a 10 week course in which the same group of Junior Auxiliary teachers work closely with a particular class so that a bond is built with the students.  This trust helps students open up about situations they may be facing in their own lives.
